Selangor executive councillor Hee Loy Sian is unhappy that Indah Water Konsortium (IWK) Sdn Bhd failed to notify the Selangor state government that a premises at Taman Velox in Rawang was suspected of illegally disposing chemical waste into a toilet one week ago.
