Covid-19: Three new EMCO zones in Kudat, Labuan CMCO extended to Nov 13

Three new enhanced movement control order (MCO) zones in Kudat district in Sabah have been declared, while the existing conditional movement control order in Labuan has been extended to Nov 13.
