Shafee, two others win bid to strike out permission for contempt proceedings

Lawyer Muhammad Shafee Abdullah, Baling MP Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim and a medical doctor today succeeded in their bid to strike out the permission obtained by the widow of private investigator P Balasubramaniam to initiate contempt of court proceedings against them.
