Guan Eng charged with wrongfully misappropriating two plots of state land

Lim Guan Eng was charged in the Sessions Court in Butterworth today for wrongfully misappropriating two plots of land to two developers in Penang when he was the chief minister of Penang.

The charges were read before judge Ahmad Azhari Abdul Hamid.
