SOP on use of firearms by Rela members to be tightened

The standard operating procedure (SOP) on the use of firearms by members of the Malaysian Volunteer Department (Rela), especially during operations in risk areas, will be fine-tuned, said Home Minister Hamzah Zainudin.

He said Rela will work with the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) on the matter.
