Sime Darby appoints Samsudin Osman as chairperson

Sime Darby Bhd (SDB) has announced the appointment of its non-independent non-executive director Samsudin Osman, as chairperson effective immediately.

In a statement today, it said this followed Samsudin’s previous appointment as the company’s acting chairperson in June 2020.
