Ex-CM Musa Aman acquitted on 46 graft charges and 9 news from yesterday

1. Former Sabah chief minister Musa Aman (above) has been acquitted of all 46 charges of corruption and money laundering against him after the prosecution decided to terminate the case.
2. Musa said evidence of his innocence is indisputable, while Attorney-General Idrus Harun said the case against Musa has become untenable after some witnesses are no longer able to testify and in light of testimony given by his predecessor, Abdul Gani Patail.
