Securities Commission seeks Interpol's help to nab businessman
The Securities Commission has sought Interpol's assistance to locate Wong Shee Kai@Ricky Wong in connection to an offence under the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001.
Kuala Lumpur-born Wong (photo), 39, was accused of failing to appear before an investigating officer of the Securities Commission on Dec 27, 2019 as required under Section 32(3)(a) of the law.
