MACC won't verify asset declarations unless complaint lodged

The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission will not verify the asset declarations made by members of the Executive and Parliament.

MACC Deputy Chief Commissioner Shamsun Baharin Mohd Jamil said the anti-graft body is not required to do so by law.
