Court set Nov 28 to file affidavits for Najib-Shafee bids to oust Sri Ram
The Kuala Lumpur High Court has fixed Nov 28 for case management to allow former premier Najib Abdul Razak and his lawyer Muhammad Shafee Abdullah to file further affidavits in their bids to oust Gopal Sri Ram from prosecuting the duo's criminal cases.
This was confirmed by Senior Federal Counsel Shamsul Bolhassan, who represented former federal court judge Sri Ram, during case management in the chambers of judge Mariana Yahya today.
