PM says manifesto 60pct fulfilled, but never promised to abolish tolls

Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad estimates that 60 percent of the Pakatan Harapan manifesto has been accomplished.

"But of course not fully, some (promises) are 100 percent (accomplished), some are a lower percentage," he said at a press conference in Subang today.
