Three 1MDB-linked entities charged with failing to submit financial statement

1MDB-linked Nik Faisal Ariff Kamil, Suboh Mohd Yassin and Gandingan Mentari Sdn Bhd are now the target of the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) for alleged failure to submit the annual financial statement for 2017.

This was revealed during open court proceedings before Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court judge Manira Mohd Nor today.

CCM prosecuting officer Nur Nazhzilah Mohammad Hashim informed the court that they were not able to serve the summons on Nik Faisal, Suboh and Gandingan Mentari...
