Activists march to Parliament to demand for IPCMC

The infamous "black eye" incident against PKR president Anwar Ibrahim; the murder of Mongolian national Altantuya Shaariibuu; and the enforced disappearances of Pastor Raymond Koh and activist Amri Che Mat were cited at a rally today.
