Premature to talk about RM1b loan for PIL 1 highway - Penang CM

Penang Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said today that it is premature to talk about taking an RM1 billion loan to fund the construction of the Pan-Island Link 1 (PIL 1) highway, as the project is still pending approval from Putrajaya.
