DPM: Curfew for teens works in freezing Iceland, but difficult in M'sia's climate
PARLIAMENT | Deputy Prime Minister Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail cited the difference in climate conditions between Malaysian and Iceland with regard to imposing a curfew on teenagers.
