MYWiT helps boost digital business services across industries
The pandemic has certainly made businesses take a step ahead on how they operate, especially on digitalising their businesses. This could be seen when thousands of companies had to shut down their operations over the past 2 years because they were not digitally ready.
If there is only one lesson that we can learn from the pandemic, it is that adoption of digital technologies is no longer optional for businesses – it is a necessity.
Long gone are the days where business digitalisation is only focused for tech companies. Today no matter which industry you are in, you need them. From enabling teams and working remotely to training employees, digital technology has never been more critical.
Say hello to MYWiT

Upskilling and Reskilling Employees
Reskilling and upskilling provide employees with the skills they will need to succeed and even advance their own careers. Doing so gives employees an active role in digital transformation, which can ease their worries and gradually replace uncertainty and resistance with approval.
As organisations transform the way they work, they may replace old functions, technologies, and processes with newer, streamlined ones. This begs the question of what happens to the employees behind them.
Organisation that has been struggling to recruit good job candidates, should rethink their recruitment strategy. Positioning training and certifications as a central draw whilst recruiting could draw in candidates that are committed to learning and growing alongside with the organisation.
Instead of letting go of that talent, organisations should reskill employees by upgrading their skills to fill new demands.
