Klang Valley – Malaysia’s homegrown omni-channel grocer, PotboyMart brings a ray of sunshine to over 80,000 local communities across Klang Valley amidst the recent price hike season with their 11.12 Year End Sale, where they offer 50% storewide discount only for one day.

Over 80,000 people lined up and camped overnight at all 50 PotboyMart outlets before the operating hours at 7 a.m. on 11th December 2021 to get their essential groceries at half price during PotboyMart’s 11.12 Year End Sale. 

Nestled in various neighbourhoods across Klang Valley, PotboyMart has done various discounts in the spirit of contributing to Keluarga Malaysia. During the recent Movement Control Order (MCO), PotboyMart brought happiness to every household with an affordable price by offering ice cream at 50% discount every 11th day of the month, and they took a step further by extending the 50% discount to all products storewide for 11.11 Mega Sale and 11.12 Year End Sale.

Determined to be the first omni-channel platform in the region, PotboyMart was first introduced to the community on 1st April 2021 with the opening of their flagship outlet in Taman Tun Dr. Ismail and continue to grow into a total of 50 outlets only within 8 months and aims to launch at least another 100 PotboyMart within Klang Valley in 2022 to bring more convenience to the local community.

Starting as an online grocery platform Potboy Groceries in 2016, Potboy currently has more than 500,000 users on their online platform to date and has also created more job opportunities during the pandemic as the company workforce strength grew 5 times more within this year alone.

With the opening of PotboyMart, Potboy Groceries is setting their sights on pioneering the O2O e-commerce strategy in Malaysia.
